អ្វីទៅគីជាស្ត្រេស? ស្ត្រេស គីជាភាពតានតឹង ភ័យខ្លាច ម៉ួម៉ៅ សម្ពាធ​ ការបារម្ភ ការគិតច្រេីន ដែលតែងតែកេីតឡេីងនៅក្នុងអារម្មណ៍មនុស្សម្នាក់ៗហេីយសម្រាប់ផ្នែកវេជ្ជសាស្ត្របានចាត់ទុកថាស្រ្តេសក៏ជាជំងឺផ្លូវចិត្តមួយដ៏កាចសាហាវដែលអាចធ្វេីអោយមនុស្សឈានទៅដល់ការសម្លាប់ខ្លួនក៏ថាបាន។

មានកត្តាជាច្រេីនដែលធ្វេីអោយយុវវ័យយេីងកេីតមានអារម្មណ៍ស្ត្រេសដូចជា៖

១. ការសិក្សា
ជាការពិតណាស់ការសិក្សាបានផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹងជាច្រេីនដល់យុវវ័យយេីងប៉ុន្តែវាក៏បានបង្កអោយមានអារម្មណ៍តានតឹងយ៉ាងខ្លាំងផងដែរជាមួយ Homework,  Assignment, ​Quiz និងកិច្ចការងារស្រាវជ្រាវផ្សេងៗដែលសាលាបានដាក់អោយធ្វេីផងដែរ។

២. គ្រួសារ
គ្រួសារក៍ជាកត្តាមួយផងដែរដែលបង្កអោយមានអារម្មណ៍ស្ត្រេសជាពិសេសកេីតឡេីងចំពោះយុវវ័យដែលមានផ្ទះនៅតាមខេត្តហេីយមកសិក្សានៅទីក្រុងឬឆ្ងាយពីផ្ទះដែលធ្វេីអោយពួកនឹករលឹកបារម្ភទៅដល់ឪពុកម្តាយឬបងប្អូនដែលនៅស្រុក។

៣. ការងារ និង ប្រាក់កាស
ចំពោះរឿងនេះគឺពិតជាសំខាន់សម្រាប់យុវវ័យទូទៅពីព្រោះពួកគេត្រូវចំណាយប្រាក់កាសជាច្រេីនសម្រាប់ការរស់នៅប្រចាំថ្ងៃដូចជាចំណាយទៅលេីការសិក្សា ហូបចុក ការធ្វេីដំណេីរនិងការចាយវាយផ្សេងៗដែលធ្វេីអោយពួកគេមានអារម្មណ៍ស្មុគស្មាញច្រេីនពីព្រោះមិនចង់អោយគ្រួសារពិបាកដេីម្បីពួកគេរហូតដល់អ្នកខ្លះត្រូវចំណាយពេលវេលាពាក់កណ្តាល់ពីការសិក្សារបស់ពួកគេទៅធ្វេីការងារក្រៅម៉ោងដេីម្បីបានកំរៃខ្លះផ្គត់ផ្គង់ខ្លួនឯង។

៤. គំរោងអនាគត
គំរោងអនាគតក៏ជារឿងដ៏ធំមួយទៀតផងដែរសម្រាប់ពួកគេដែលត្រូវគិតស្មុគស្មាញពីមួយថ្ងៃទៅមួយថ្ងៃដោយពួកគេត្រូវគិតច្រេីនចំពោះការរៀបចំផ្លូវដេីរអោយបានល្អសម្រាប់អនាគតរបស់ខ្លួនឯង។

នៅមានកត្តាផ្សេងៗជាច្រេីនទៀតដែលធ្វេីអោយយេីងកេីតមានអារម្មណ៍ស្រ្តេសប៉ុន្តែយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយយុវវ័យគប្បីចំណាយពេលខ្លះប្រចាំថ្ងៃសម្រាកលំហែអារម្មណ៍ដេីម្បីកាត់បន្ថយភាពស្ត្រេសទាំងនោះ។ ការសេីចច្រេីនក៏អាចជួយអោយមានអារម្មណ៍ធូរស្រាលខ្លះផងដែរ។

After two very successful APU camps in March and September we are holding the third camp that is open for other university students in Asia in order for them to gain a better understanding of themselves in 7 days at Himawan meditation retreat, a beautiful retreat in the north of Thailand!
Eligibility:
  • Currently be a student of Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University from Beppu, Japan or be a university student from the following countries Macao S.A.R., Myanmar, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam. Hong Kong, Mongolia, Japan, China, Brunei, Philippines
  • Between the ages of 18-25
  • Be fluent in English
  • Have a well thought-out idea of a self-development and peace project or activity you can be involved in back in your home country
  • Available to participate in the full length of the workshop in Thailand (Arrive latest on 28th Feb and depart after 7th March)

*What does the fee include?

OBJECTIVE

Yoga Certificate Program is a dynamic course based on Yoga for university students (age group 15-27 yrs) and young professionals. To get the most out of life, we need to increase energy, conserve the energy we have, and manage our time well. Yoga Certificate Program teaches us how to be productive and dynamic while staying cool and centered.


PROGRAM DETAILS

During the program, you learn yoga, powerful breathing techniques, meditation and practical wisdom for our modern world. You can take these techniques back home, incorporate them in your daily lives, and as a result, experience a range of benefits. Yoga certificate Program from The Art of Living, also known as Youth Empowerment Skills Workshop (YES plus), is an international program being taught at various Universities across the world, and is an opportunity for University Students in Cambodia to learn Yoga & implement its effects on themselves.  We offer scholarships for students who want to get enrolled for this program.

The program duration is 2 months.

A.  Introduction

WSBE17 Hong Kong - International Youth Competition invites imaginative ideas, projects and action plans that best demonstrate an innovative interpretation of the Conference theme Transforming Our Built Environment through Innovation and Integration: Putting Ideas into Actionand the key discussion areas:


 WSBE17 Hong Kong is the best platform to be seen and to be recognised! All shortlisted teams will:
  • Display their brilliant ideas at WSBE17 Hong Kong
  • Be known to over 1,800 global industry experts
  • Present in front of a panel of internationally acclaimed judges
  • Win a cash prize of HK$10,000 and 2 Conference Tickets

B.  Eligibility

The Competition is open internationally to multidisciplinary teams meeting the following requirements.

Age:
30 or below

Team Formation Criteria:
Each team must consist of:
  • At least 2 full-time tertiary students who study in sustainable built environment-related disciplines, e.g. Architecture/ Engineering/ Green Building Studies/ Building Technology/ Urban Planning and Design/ Landscape/ Surveying, etc., AND
  • At least 2 team members from other subjects such as natural sciences, social sciences, economics, medicine, etc.
Team Size:
Up to 8 members
(Each team can invite 1 consultant as team counsel to provide professional advice.)
Remarks:
  1. All members must be identified in the online registration form. A team leader must be designated. S/he is the team’s sole representative to complete the registration online and liaise with the Competition Organiser.
  2. All members in the team are regarded as co-authors of the submission. They will be acknowledged as such in all announcements, displays, exhibitions and other materials related to the competition, in the order in which their details are listed in the registration form.

C.  Registration

All entrants are required to register online.


After the registration, each team will be given an Entry ID.
There is no fee for registration.

D.  Submission Requirements

Presentation panel:
1 panel in A1 size laid out in landscape format must be digitally submitted in one single file.
The template can be downloaded here.
The panel should include a brief profile of all team members with a 100-word executive summary in English. The summary should describe the key concepts and features relevant to the competition theme and requirements.
File Format and size:
The file must be saved as high resolution PDF capable of being conveniently viewed on a computer screen as well as to be printed out to A1 size for exhibition (300 dpi).
The file must be named under the following logic: WSBE17 Hong Kong_IYC_Entry ID.
Please submit the registration and presentation panel through the online system on or before 21 Dec 2016.
Content:
The content should be sufficient to convey a clear understanding of the Conference theme. The panel could consist of drawings, rendered images, photographs, thumbnails, text or anything entrants find suitable to illustrate their ideas.
Copyright:
All work submitted must be the applicant’s original work. It is the applicant’s sole responsibility to ensure that the work submitted does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark and design rights.

F.  Prizes

The jury will perform first round judging to select no more than 10 teams with reasons provided. Shortlisted teams must send at least 1 representative to make a presentation on their proposal during the WSBE17 Hong Kong (5-7 Jun 2017) during final judging. After the presentation, the jury will grant a special award to each team.
All shortlisted teams will:
  • Display their entry in WSBE17 Hong Kong Exhibition
  • Present in front of a panel of internationally acclaimed judges
  • Special award presented by the jury
  • Cash prize of HK$10,000 and 2 Conference Tickets
Remarks:
  1. Prizes will be presented to shortlisted teams under the condition that the team can send at least 1 representative to attend the Conference and make a presentation during final judging.
  2. Prizes will be presented to the team representative and are to be shared at the discretion of the team members.
  3. The jury’s decision shall be final and binding on all entries.
  4. The Competition Organiser reserves the right to use the entries and photos for marketing purposes.
  5. The Competition Organiser reserves the rights to change the rules of the Competition.

UWC schools, colleges and programmes deliver a challenging and transformative educational experience to a diverse cross section of students, inspiring them to create a more peaceful and sustainable future. Currently, there are 15 UWC colleges and schools throughout the world.



The UWC movement provides a challenging and transformational education to more than 7,500 students each year. The UWC movement started offering scholarships to Cambodian students since 2008.
 

There are two types of UWC scholarships for Cambodian students:

  • Two-Year Scholarships: Pre-university program which offers an International Baccalaureate education to students between the ages of 16 and 19. Offers are made a number of the 15 UWC colleges. Number of scholarships differs each year. Cambodian students applying to the 2-year scholarships may apply through Cambodia UWC National Selection Committee.
  • Five-Year Scholarships: Offers are made by the UWC Southeast Asia in Singapore. Applicable students apply to study from grade 8th - 12th. Cambodian students applying to the 5-year scholarship may apply through the UWC SEA selection team. Scholarships announcements are made available on this website.

Scholarship offers for academic year beginning in 2016:

The UWC movement is now offering 2 full two-year scholarships to qualified and deserving Cambodian students for the academic year 2016 - 2018. The UWC South East Asia is offering 2 scholarships for a maximum of five years for three Cambodian nationals of outstanding personal and academic potential.

After seven Sea and Earth Advocate (SEA) Camp events in the Philippines and empowering over 120 Filipino participants, the SEA Camp is going international! Save Philippine Seas (SPS) and the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines are thrilled to announce that applications for the first Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) SEA Camp for Southeast Asian youth are now open!

The 2017 YSEALI SEA Camp is seeking youth leaders, ages 18-23, who are active in environmental, coastal, and marine issues. The application is open to residents of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos PDR, Thailand, Myanmar, Brunei, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
The YSEALI SEA Camp will bring together 30 youth leaders from all Southeast Asian countries from March 15 to 22, 2017, in Coron, Palawan. During the week, they will undergo an intensive environmental education and leadership program with outdoor activities, workshops, and panel discussions with leading authorities and specialists in the field. All expenses (e.g., transportation, accommodations, materials) will be covered by the project.

The YSEALI SEA Camp is one of the U.S. government’s programs to promote ocean conservation, which is a priority of the U.S. government.
“The Southeast Asian countries have similar climates and biodiversity, and thus, we share similar environmental challenges,” said SEA Camp Founder and Project Director, Anna Oposa. “The YSEALI SEA Camp is an exciting opportunity to mobilize youth from the region to explore and address these challenges, and learn from one another.”
Applicants from different backgrounds are encouraged to apply (e.g., communications, social science, natural science, arts, culture, public health). They must exhibit a track record of leadership, volunteerism, and participation in socio-civic activities. A leadership role in environmental projects or organizations is preferred but not necessary.
Applicants must also be a member of YSEALI. Registration is immediate and free. At the end of the YSEALI SEA Camp, participants will pitch a project or campaign that can be funded for implementation. Grantees will also be provided mentorship from SEA Camp organizers, the U.S. government, and environmental specialists from the region.

ELIGIBILITY 

All YSEALI SEA Camp applicants must:
 • Be 18-23 years old during the SEA Camp
• Be able to attend the full duration of the SEA Camp independent of a parent/guardian
• Have a strong interest in conservation, environmental issues, volunteerism, and advocacy work
• Be a member of YSEALI
• Be based in any of the Southeast Asian countries in March 2017
• Be a citizen of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos PDR, Thailand, Myanmar, Brunei, Cambodia, or Vietnam

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS 

• Fill out the online SEA Camp application form. Forms cannot be edited once submitted. Applicants can read and answer the Word document before filling in the online form, which can be viewed and downloaded from here. Please click the icon of the arrow pointing downward to download the form. Do not e-mail a filled out copy of the Word document as your application. Only applications using the online SEA Camp application form will be assessed.
• Submit a clear photo of yourself for the announcement of participants, and a scanned copy or clear photo of your passport (bio data page) to complete your application.

នៅខាងក្រោមនេះគឺជាប្រភេទរឿងទាំងបួនដែលយុវវ័យចូលចិត្តជជែកគ្នា៖

១. និយាយគ្នាពីរឿងCrush

          Crush គឺជាពាក្យជាភាសាអង់គ្លេសដែលមានន័យថាមនុស្សដែលយើងលួចស្រឡាញ់។ យុវវ័យឥលូវចូលចិត្តនិយាយពីចំនុចល្អនៃ Crush របស់ខ្លួន ជាក់ស្តែងគេតែងតែអួតគ្នាពីCrush របស់ខ្លួនទៅប្រាប់មិត្តរបស់ពួកគេ។ គេចែករំលែកគ្នាពីវិធីសាស្ត្រនៃការចែចង់Crushរបស់ពួកគេទៅវិញទៅមក។

២. និយាយពីរឿងជីវិត

          ជុំគ្នាពេលខ្លះ អ្នកខ្លះតែងតែលើកយកពីគម្រោងជីវិតរបស់ខ្លួនទៅប្រាប់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។ ជួនកាលពួកគេអាចជួយរកដំណោះស្រាយសម្រាប់ជីវិតគេដោយការជជែកគ្នាផងដែរ។

៣.និយាយដើមគេឬស៊ីត្រាវ 
     
          ការនិយាយដើមគេបានក្លាយជាទង្វើមួយដែលមនុស្សម្នាក់ៗសឹងតែមិនអាចឈប់បាន។ អ្នកខ្លះនិយាយពីរឿងល្អរបស់អ្នកដទៃ រីឯអ្នកខ្លះទៀតនិយាយពីរឿងមិនល្អរបស់អ្នកដទៃ។ ជួនកាល ការនិយាយដើមនេះអាចជួយឲ្យមនុស្សម្នាក់ដែលត្រូវបានគេនិយាយដើមនោះផ្លាស់ប្តូរទៅជាមនុស្សល្អបាន។ ទោះបីជាយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ ក៏មានមនុស្សមួយចំនួននិយាយដើមគេព្រោះតែការច្រណែនឈ្នានីសអ្នកដទៃផងដែរ។
